Earl Martin started  M & R in the early 1980's repairing cars. As customers began trusting and referring Earl to friends and family, his business began to grow. Earl established a business built on honesty and affordablilty. It's that kind of service that continues today. In 2005, M & R had out-grown it's building and built a new facility just across the street from the old shop. Earl is nearing retirement and has handed the day to day responsibilities to his son, Ryan.

Ryan has been at M & R since he was little guy. His shop experience is over 15 years. Ryan has managed the car sales lot since 1998 and now manages the service department and the car sales department. Ryan can ease any difficult car decisions you may need to make.

Amy Martin, Earl's daughter, is our part time book keeper. She is very postive and out going. She also assists in many other tasks that keep her busy . When you stop by, be sure to say "hi" to Amy. 

Darlene is the office manager at M & R Auto. She has been with company over 5 years. Darlene will assit you in scheduling your car's appointments, takes care of the billing and paperwork, and will notify you when your car is ready for pick up. Harold is our Shop Foreman. He will make sure your car gets done on time and done right. He will be the person calling you with your estimate of repairs. Harold has over 25 years of mechanical experience.

George has over 30 years experience in mechanical and body work. If you or someone else damages your car, rest assured it will be in good hands. George also is an experienced painter and welder. There isn't much that George can't do when it come to repairing cars and trucks.

Andy is a service technician. He has years of experience working on Toyotas and other import cars. Andy is very good at diagnosing engine lights or other electrical problems. He will make sure your car's maintenance is up to date to avoid costly repairs in future.

Ryan is a service technician, who can perform state inspection, diagnostic repair, and mechanical repair. He is an ASE certified tech. Also He is a pleasure to work with and a great asset to M & R.

Experience is important, and Tim has it. ASE certified tech, he has what it takes to fix your vehicle right the 1st time.

Roger is willing to work on just about anything. From your car, truck, to skid loader. He  is very versatile and can navigate he way around anything with a motor.
